We offer stock and custom sized truck paint booths that can be purchased with a variety of upgrades. High-Quality Cabin Construction
Our products being ETL listed, ensure they are built using exacting standards to provide consistent quality for our customers. Our truck paint booth has galvanized steel wall panels, CNC cut J-Beam supports, engineered steel stiffeners that ease installation, and they are fitted with Class 1, Div II LED color correct light fixtures to ensure full booth illumination. The walls on these paint booths can range from 9 ft. – 30 ft. and include a variety of lighting and personnel door configurations. Complete customization is available, including windows, drive-through configurations, and powder coating.
Airflow Options
Full Downdraft: Air enters the booth through a fully filtered enclosed intake plenum in the ceiling and is pulled vertically downward across the vehicle and through a floor filtered exhaust pit or basement.
Side Downdraft: Air enters the booth through the same process as the Full Downdraft; however it is then pulled away and exhausted through filters located at floor level along both sides of the booth. This type of airflow option does not require an exhaust pit.
Cross-draft Design: The fully filtered enclosed intake plenum is located at the front of the cabin and is pulled across the vehicle in a flow that is parallel to the floors through filters located at the rear of the booth. This booth can be front flow or reverse flow and like the Side Downdraft, this booth does not require an exhaust pit.
Upgrade and Custom Options
Full downdraft, side downdraft and cross-draft design booths all come with multiple upgrade options. One option is to upgrade the single skin wall panels to dual skin insulated panels which reduce ambient noise and heat. You also have the option to upgrade heated air make-up units, blowers, LED touch screen control panels, drive-thru solid/bi-fold doors, and additional personnel access doors.
A heated air makeup system equips your booth with spray-to-bake capabilities and can drastically increase production. Our direct-fired heaters are able to heat air with 98% efficiency and are manufactured to fit your needs.
On occasion, due to the size of the truck and large equipment spray booths may need to be installed outside. In these cases, we can engineer the booth based on your geographical location and make sure that it is the best fit for your application.
