Spray-Tech/Junair’s environmental enclosures are specialized clean rooms specifically designed for coating applications that maintain low levels of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors. With advanced control panel technology, our environmental enclosures offer benefits that traditional modular construction fails to provide.
Cleanrooms are built to last with sturdy yet lightweight materials. Panel construction consists of two G-90 galvanized steel sheets, which are powder-coated white and insulated with rock wool.
The ceiling is a supported system of 18 gauge G-90 galvanized steel panels, also powder-coated white, with built-in 4-tube T8 fluorescent light fixtures or our new 5th generation LED light fixtures. The cleanroom walls have built-in electrical receptacles and wall switches tied into a pre-wired system above the ceiling.
